I was told that I would have a 10am appointment 1/26/22 with weatherization program, I was then call and said appointment was rescheduled for 1pm due to meeting with supervisors, @ 3:08 pm no one had came or called, I received a all from Robert from the program and how was I doing, I know him I was disappointed because I havent heard from anyone. He became very rude and disrespectful saying he was in a meeting and couldnt call, I said someone from the office should have called and told me, I asked him if he was still coming and he said No and hung up. I thought we had got disconnected and I tried calling him 3 times and he would never answer his phone. I then call the office and was told he had just called and said I was rude??? Never was I rude, he asked me how I was doing and I told him that I was disappointed. If he asked why shouldnt I tell him, you asked and I told him, does that call for rudeness and unprofessional behavior? And a hang up.
