Our company received a 10 Day Cease and Desist order from a competitor regarding the use of a product name. I spoke to Russ who provided amazing clarity on how to respond. He called me everyday with more insight until I paid him $3400.00 to begin preparing a response. After taking the payment, he became a ghost. No calls, no letter, and no response to my emails or inquiries over the course of 12 days. I strongly suggest you look elsewhere for your legal assistance.

This company is a COMPLETE SCAM! They gladly charged me around $2000 USD and produced no trademark. Please anyone reading, I highly suggest you do your own trademarking paperwork and not get scammed like I did!
