Came out because of home warranty for my water heater. He stated he would be out between 12-4. He didnt come out until close to 6. He did not call me or respond to my calls about where he was at since I had to stay home and wait for him after his window of time he told me he would be there. He came out with a bad attitude from the start and I told him my water heaters pilot light does not stay on after about 15 minutes and will not get the water hot. He turned it on and sat there for 10 minutes, told me everything was fine and working when I told him it's not working hence why I dont have hot water. He didnt want to speak to me on what I wanted to do and he told me he only does what the warranty company wants to do because hes not into "customer service" he left after 10 minutes and after he left the pilot light went out again like I told him. So another guy had to come out and actually ordered the part in advance after we told him on the phone what was wrong and it fixed my problem. For a guy who claims he owns the business he works for and has 35 years of experience he really shouldn't be doing this then. Hes in the wrong profession. Then after he left my house after not fixing my problem he told the warranty company hes refusing to do any further work or come out to the house again. Maybe he should stop acting like a know it all and listen to the customer when they are explaining the problem instead he would rather have a head of hot air. Never again are him or his business welcome at my house or any other property I own since i have more then one. Missing out on a chance to build a relationship and make money because he thinks he knows better. The next guy that came out and fixed it put him to shame in my book.

Contracted by AHS to come out and fix hot water heater. He said it was under the manufacturer warranty, I told him that was not entirely correct. Rheem manufacturer for the hot water heater covered parts, but not labor and repair. Then he said the cover was broken on the gas valve, but then I watched him try and light the pilot with the "broken gas valve", then he said he couldn't diagnose because lights were not coming on. I was sent a new gas valve which he refused to replace. I asked him to call Rheem, he said ok and he left my house, never heard from again which was rude. Got a call from AHS saying they were not covering. Ended up having to replace with new hot water heater, $1531.00 This same repairman replaced my kitchen faucet which is still leaking.

They came to my house through my home warranty deceived me into believing my problem was much bigger then it was because they didn't have the right equipment took my service fee. Lied to my face and told me they were calling my insurance company as soon as they leave so I can get a guy out for a second opinion. My stepfather and I rented a snake from Home Depot and cleared my main drain these guys came out with a regular drain snake and told me I had a collasped pipe. Don't use these guys there rip offs
