Social Mermaid

I have been working with Arielle and Chris at Social Mermaid for some time now, and they have been great from the start! The Social Mermaid platform is extremely well designed, super easy to use, and has a lot to offer. This is a product I would recommend if you want to be able to keep/manage all of your social platforms in one spot. If I ever have any questions with anything, I know that either Arielle or Chris are going to be able to answer my question or help me out in a timely fashion. Since the start of business with Social Mermaid, I am very pleased with the service I have received and the platform I am working with!

Chris Flaherty really helps you achieve your goals with your business. He has a very good vision for what the goals are and how to attain them. His knowledge for the technical aspects as well as the marketing goals is all encompassing. Chris is also there if you need him. We're very glad we went with Social Mermaid.

Social Mermaid has been the missing piece to the puzzle of bringing our company to the next level. From the start they were able to project anticipated responses based on marketing data that made real sense. They are very easy to work with and extremely responsive to any communication we engaged with them. At times I felt like we must have been their only client based on how very responsive they were to my requests, but I know that was not the case. They rebuilt our website and now handle our SEO and social media posts. They cleaned up a lot of search engine peculiarities that had been leading people astray as to our street location amongst other oddities. The number of new client contacts is on the rise and I attribute this in large to the work they have done for us. We get regular notifications from their automated system showing the marketing performance date which is very helpful as well.
