I would like to praise Leron Grossman’s professional and dedicated work he has been doing for me and my rentals in the past year. I started to work with Leron after I left a different property manager who failed in his job. Leron took over, and from the first moment I started to receive detailed explanations for everything he has been doing for me, full transparency every step of the way, and fantastic reporting with pictures from every corner of my rentals. Leron stabilized my rentals quickly and efficiently from the legal perspective, from the cosmetic and mechanical perspective and even successfully collected thousands of dollars that tenants owed me before he even took over the management of my rentals portfolio. Due to his actions, all of the expenses got paid by the past due rents he successfully collected for me, which was a very positive and refreshing surprise ! Leron always listen to my needs, and very happy and willing to assist with everything he can. He was and able to resolve problems in creative and surprising ways. Not all the problems I still have due to the corona virus and the previous failed manger are fully resolved yet but there is no doubt that due to Leron’s dedicated and professional work - my portfolio is in a much better shape. I highly recommend anyone to use his services.

We feel very lucky to have had Leron Grossman as our realtor. As soon as we reached out on Zillow, he scheduled showings for many of our saved properties. He is knowledgeable about the process of renovating/building homes, and explained to us what to look for at each property to feel confident in our decision. He was extremely responsive and moved very quickly throughout the process. As soon as we made an offer, he talked us through the buying process step-by-step and had great recommendations throughout. He went above and beyond during negotiations, ultimately providing us with a better deal than what we had even hoped for at the beginning of the process. He maintained a great relationship with the seller and was an effective mediator. As first-time home buyers, we could not have asked for a better agent than Leron. Highly recommend!

My partner and I purchased our first home recently and what made our experience unsurmountable was having Janka by our side every step of the way. Toward the beginning of our search, we were concerned about knowing all aspects of the home purchase. We were trying to manage all of the details that are usually somewhat out of the scope of knowledge and job of realtors and details that realtors handle themselves as well since we tend to expect people to overlook certain aspects. Both of us have full time responsibilities and this became hectic quickly. In the beginning of our home search, we met two other realtors who were not incompetent but, we still felt the need to triple and quadruple check everything and also contact them frequently to hurry things along. When anything was out of their scope of knowledge, they would instruct us to speak to another colleague and would not double check with us nor the person to know if we came into contact or not. It was clear that their job began and ended with particular parts of the process and quickly became pushy to have us submit an offer on homes. ONCE WE MET JANKA THE ROLES REVERSED; SHE ASSURED THAT ALL T’S WERE CROSSED AND I’S WERE DOTTED AT ALL TIMES. As we were visiting several homes with her, in no moment did she insist we purchase or became impatient. Rather, Janka patiently scheduled for us to see VARIOUS homes we were interested in until we were perfectly content. Janka personally came into contact with anyone we decided to work with and contacted them frequently to make sure any paperwork or steps needed were taken care of. With Janka on board, we were able to focus on our responsibilities while being up to date on our home purchase since she would give us a quick summary on anything that was in process as well as any action we needed to take. Her attention to detail is like no other as she would revise everything without us having to ask at all and provided feedback almost daily. If anything was out of her scope of knowledge she would ask around until she had a proper answer. I would recommend Janka to anyone with my eyes closed. Janka was also dealing with her own personal issues that she shared with us as a friend not because it came in the way of anything. On the contrary, this did not affect her quality of work at all which amazes me. THIS WOMAN WORKS 24/7 and I’m convinced she does not sleep haha. I know for a fact that she is my first point of contact to purchase any other property. We are now in our first home and extremely content with how quick Janka made this happen for us.
