Thankfully were it not for Margaret, I would have lost some of my sanity trying to deal with the fire-damaged property of my deceased loved ones. All of this occurring during the midst of full blown COVID Quarantine which was impacting my job, family, friends, students, and business. Despite of the Cash Now Philly team facing some of the same struggles, they were consistently responsive, professional, informative, and accommodating. I've no regrets and would readily recommend them to others!!!

From start to finish the process was seamless and quick. We had received offers from other buyers/investors and Cash Now Philly, by far, offered a substantially higher price than any others. Maria was the point person after the initial contact and was very attentive and kept in constant contact with us via phone, text and email up until closing, which happened in just about 30 days, keeping us apprised of next steps and made herself available with any questions or concerns we may have had. In fact, everyone we had contact with was courteous and polite and there was never a feeling of a hard sell or that we were being rushed. My wife and I definitely recommend Cash Now Philly for anyone interested in selling a home that needs TLC or updating.

This company contacted me about my property in Philadelphia. Im not even sure how they got my cellphone number. Since I no longer live in the area I agreed to sell it. We agreed on a price and I was asked to gather some documents so they could verify the rent and lease agreements. I gathered all the documents and I have not heard back from them in weeks. I have called, texted, and left messages. I never sent them the documents because I didnt have an email or address. Not sure what the point was to call me and agree on a price and then never respond again. Seems fishy, but no personal information was given to them.
