Nice people, comfy chairs, that's about it. The shine itself is dull and lacking. I work out of PHL I have tried this stand multiple times and never been satisfied. One of the worst airport shines. They take about 5 minutes to throw a bit of polish on and brush it off. No real care or value. $7.00 could be a fair price if the shine was great but here it is a rip off. If the owner reads this, go to CLT and see what a good shine stand looks like.

Used to be good at Philly airport but now in food court and a major rip off. 2 min shoe shine cost $7 & demand a tip. Really terrible, waste of time.

The service is fine, but the location is buried in the back corner of the food court. Ask an information desk for directions. There is at least one other location in the airport.
