        Usually theyre fine but last time I was there it was a horrible experience, Omer gave me the completely wrong information about a phone I ordered. Not only did he tell me that my order was going to be cancelled (it was the newest iPhone), he refused to help me with it. Then he asked what kind of phone it was and I told him, to which he sarcastically replied Yeah good luck. It was so stressful I started crying in the store, had to call T Mobile customer service and sort everything out myself. Just awful.
