this is not actually the building that collapsed, it is the "hoogie city" building next door which was being demolished for renewal, it fell onto the Salvation Army thrift store which was open and occupied when the other building fell. most if not all of the deaths and injuries were in the Salvation army store

This is the building that collapsed Wed. morning, trapping 8-10 people. It's on every news channel at this time.
