I am so glad that I called John Donnelly of Donnelly Tree... He came right over to review the work which was to remove a widow-maker (hanger) from the last storm. Since he was the third vendor to stop by, I understood potential options which I anticipated. I chose the option for full tree removal. Yes, there was an 'upsell' option to trim another tree which quite frankly was necessary. I was confident in the pricing quoted and hired him on the spot. He anticipated arriving in 5 days but called the following day to stop by because the hanger should come down as quickly as possible. Masterful work by his crew. The yard was cleaned up better than he found it. He also pointed out eggs of the Spotted Lanternfly that he can treat in the spring. Perfect job!
