If I could leave ZERO stars I would. We worsened a couch and a love seat and was told neither were on back order until the day before they were to be delivered my couch was suddenly on back order. And pushed back a month for delivery. Now it’s pushed back another month. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR FURNITURE! This place is a joke. I’m getting a refund today

Nice store, Kassidy our sales rep was great. Can't wait for the delivery! Move forward to 11/9 now, still haven't received my entire order. Things don't make the truck, then are back ordered. I unfortunately have to agree with Mike now. It seems there is some bait and switch going on.

I know alot of people are giving them a hard time about orders, overall the staff is very nice as well as understanding during the pandemic.

I would give zero stars if I could...Buyer’s beware. They messed up my order beyond belief and I never even recieved my products. Untrustworthy and not one employee had the decency to take responsibility for their mistake. They took my money and kept on delaying my order an did not guarantee the date that they could ship my order! I paid in full on September 28, the employee told me my order would be in stock on the 15th of October and delivered on my requested date of October 24. I recieved a call and text on the 15th from a driver that my order was at the address that I have not even moved in yet! Here’s were the crazy part begins, they didn’t even give me 24 hours notice and customer service called me on the 23rd of October and told me they had to delay it to the 29th of October. I was surprised but accepted the late delivery date. A few hours later they called again and said the 29th was not possible and it had to be delayed to the 6th of November! I did not accept it and asked why they could deliver my order on the 15th of October but could not the 24th or even the 29th of October? I canceled my order. Not one single employee or manager took any kind of responsibility for their mistakes. Anyway, I drove to the store to see if we could work something out but it didn’t happen. The manager at the Robinson twp store called me and had the audacity to say they could deliver my order in December... If you want to spend thousands of your own money and not have good customer service, not get your order delivered on time-or in my case not delivered at all-go right ahead and get your furniture from this god awfull, horribly managed business.
