I hate hotels.  Why?!  Because most of the time, the facade looks great, but when you approach the desk, you're greeted by some half-hungover college student with an attitude, and then when you get to your room and you start to look around and see pubic hairs on the ceiling, bug legs on the wall, smudges on the TV screen, and, and !! WAAAHHHHH!!!!Well not here.  The manager/desk clerk, was so sweet, warm, attentive, accomodating, fun (I'm running out of positive ajectives here..) and reassuring...all after we made the mistake of forgetting to confirm our room, that I would have asked her to cater a family member's wedding!  She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and relaxed.  I'd have her sainted if I could!The room was clean, looked clean, and smelled clean.  The bathroom, which, to be fair, was a tad worn (this is a very active college town), was clean, stocked with necessities, and quite adequate.  One note, they need to clean the return air duct in room 209.Thank you for the nice stay-we'll be back!
