Kohl's

Just came home from shopping at kohls. Overall store looked a lot cleaner and organized except the shoe clearance section. That section had missing shoes from boxes or 1 shoe and no box, especially in the kids section. None of the clearance shoes where by size so you had to search thru. But the worst was checkout, only 2 cashiers which now have to take all returns because the customer desk only does on line pickup. There are self service machines but everyone who used them had an issue and a manager had to come over. The one cashier had an issue with a return so 2 other "managers" had to assist which held up everything. Do instead of moving to customer service they chose to make us all wait. When I complained to the "manager " so looked at me like I had 5 heads and never said a word. Now you know why people are using Amazon or just online shopping. Worst experience ever at kohls and no one cares.

Shopping at Warminster Kohl's was made even more special by the friendliness and helpfulness of Deb S. Who assisted at checkout. She is on top of everything and kept things moving.

I was just at Kohl's at Easter. Warminster Store looked like a junkyard. Clothes and items all over the floor. Sephora dept is dirty. Sample area that you try on stuff was disgusting. Kohl's use to sell perfume sets. Can't find anything. I'm so disappointed in this store. The self checkout is a joke. No one used it. What a waste. No one manages it. No help at all.
