We are very sad to post this review. We were with this pharmacy about year ago and had to change for insurance purposes. They were terrific, professional and kind. They would go out of their way to help you. We recently returned there and I can't believe what a change! They are rude, unprofessional and untrustworthy. We are so disappointed as a result we had to change pharmacy's which has us going far away from home. I just cannot believe this! Shame on them!

The people there are as nice and helpful as you could ever hope for especially that friendly and most helpful cashier Doreen. She is fantastic at her job. Everyone should be so positive and kind as she is. Rite Aid is lucky to have a person and worker as wonderful as she is.

I've been using this Rite Aid for several years and I love the customer service I receive from the pharmacy staff. They are always on point and if they don't have what you need they will find someone that does immediately.

I find the cashiers are always very helpful and nice.I have gone in on sunday.the youngman never said hello or thank you. He needs to learn customer service.
