Erica was absolutely outstanding. I switched over a phone from Verizon, and it took over an hour to get the change to go through, because Verizon's information was incorrect. She kept at it, and couldn't have been nicer about it. I can't remember the last time I had that level of customer service. Thank you!!

Been with Sprint since 2003 and their services have improved so much over the years. This location is by far my favorite.

My husband went into store today and unfortunately they had no clue what to do, if workers are in there just to sell phones and not help with a problem then they shouldn't be in there, he has a problem with his phone and the girl that waited on him said I don't know how to fix it, unhappy customer, will either go to another store or when contract is up say goodbye 😡

Came in there on wednesday to get my phone transferred back from a temp one and there was a woman there Sam who was sooo courteous and pleasant her smile lite up the room and made the process so easy and her guidance was second to none. Thank you Sam from your friendly General Manager next store at Cadillac.
