Dinner By Josef - A Personal Chef Service

We hired Josef for my wife’s 30th birthday party and couldn’t be happier. I gave him the general idea of what I was looking for and he took it from there. He provided amazing menu recommendations, accommodated our special requests and left my kitchen spotless when he was done. All of this AND he cooked some of the best food we’ve ever eaten. We can’t wait to hire him again.

Chef Josef prepared a wonderful italian meal for a business dinner I was hosting in Charlestown. Josef was very thoughtful and organized with his planning for the event, and the meal was all that I imagined it would be. The menu was creative with Josef using the best locally sourced ingredients in his dishes. My guests raved about all the courses. Josef made the evening very enjoyable since I didn't need to worry about cleaning up anything. I could relax and enjoy the time with my guests. I highly recommend using Josef and will do so myself again in the future.

An intimate at-home four course dinner prepared by Chef Josef was a wonderful gift given to me by a dear friend.  Chef Josef promptly returned my call and we selected an evening later the same week during which Chef Josef made some delicious suggestions for our dinner.  My boyfriend and I decided on shrimp scampi which Chef Josef purchased fresh on the evening of our dinner.  He accommodated our food preferences and prepared delicious stuffed mushrooms as a starter followed by an excellent salad dish.  Chef Josef was prompt and delightful company, bringing his own cooking supplies and cleaning up by the time we were nearly finished with the scrumptious carrot cake he brought for dessert.The shrimp scampi was delicious and lemony which I love and I took a couple of photos.

I contacted Josef for a private dinner party for family and friends at a home in Jamestown I rented this summer.  Josef was kind and attentive and responded to our particular interests. He provided a heavy h'or douevres selection during cocktail hour per our request, a delicious plated dinner, as well as dinners for the week.  He arrived on time, thought of every detail, and the food was delicious.Highly recommend!
