Beware. Owner Bruce uses the bible as an excuse to why he never responds or completed the job. Called me satans helper for asking if he wqs going to refund me money for the job that was never completed. He actually caused more issues than it was worth. Use caution this man is a fraud and a liar.

I COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE PLEASED WITH THE SERVIVE I RECEIVED FROM BRUCE AT PAYLESS GARAGE DOORS. AFTER LEAVING HIM A MESSAGE, HE RESPONDED WITHIN A HALF HOUR AND RESOLVED MY GARAGE DOOR PROBLEM!! HONEST, EFFICIENT, AND PROMPT..... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!! THANK YOU BRUCE! :)

Bruce and his team were impressive from the get go. First off, Bruce answered my call on the first try, that's unheard of these days. Unlike other companies, I'd call, straight to voicemail, and sometimes no response for 3 days. Then I got lucky with my call to Payless Garage Doors. Bruce promptly came over, gave me his expert opinion on what would work best for me and gave me a price that quite honestly no one else could beat. No gimmicks, no appointments to go to a showroom, just good ole customer service. Bruce went above and beyond what my expectations were. He was professional, timely, a consummate perfectionist ☺(which I love to see because it shows you that he truly loves his craft) and he was funny on top of it all! I felt like I had known him for years and completely trusted him in my home. I would highly recommend Payless Garage Doors. Don't even bother with the competitors. You will get the best price guaranteed! Trust me, I shopped around until I fortunately found Bruce. Thank you Bruce! We love our new doors!

Buyer beware: DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE. I paid in advance and scheduled the install. After numerous delays from the original start date, they have not finished. I get no calls or texts about them not showing up. I only get a response hours or days later with excuses. June 4th was the install date, today is June 26th and it is still not complete. Save yourself time and energy and go with a more reputable company. EDIT: after being called ‘the devil’ and being told Lucifer is my master… 😂😂😂. Here’s 2 weeks after my supposed install date. Unfinished AND forgotten about. This guy is a joke.
