I have used Ocean State House Cleaning as a cleaning service for over a year now. They have been consistent, reliable and prompt. It's very important to me to have the same team of cleaners. The office always calls me to let me know if one of my regular cleaners can't make it. They tell me who they will send instead and give me the opportunity to reschedule if that is what I wish. We use this cleaning company to clean our house every week. Both my wife and I work full-time so it's a help to get help. Marta is our head housekeeper and she does a fantastic job. They wear covers over their shoes when they enter the house and I find that a great idea considering Covid. Covid probably isn't transmitted on shoes, but I think it's a sign of the respect that this company has for it's clients that they'd go to such a great length to make my family and I feel more comfortable inviting them into our home. I hired them to clean one of my empty rentals after a particularly dirty tenant moved out. The walls were covered in yellow nicotine from years of cigarette smoking and they got it all off. I couldn't believe how clean they go the bathroom. The tub that had an inch of filth on it was almost like new when they were done. I'll call them again next time I need cleaning done.
