I called this company after 3 other companies in town told me they do not pop key pad smart locks on residential homes. This was the ONLY company willing and able to come out. They quotes me about 45 minutes but made it in 20 because they knew I had small kids locked out with no food or water in the heat (a 7 month old and a 3yr old). They didn't have the right tool on the truck that responded first, so they drop to another workers home and got it and came back in 10 minutes. 2 hours they stayed and worked that lock. They used special tools, and key cameras. They never got frustrated or upset. They never suggested damaging the door, even when I was ready to give up and just have them drill it, he was determined.They got it open , made me two extra keys, and even helped me Change the battery. The price for their time and effort wasn't increased from the quick quote they gave me over the phone even though it was substantially more work than they expected. I highly highly recommend them. just bought a 1975 dodge custom 100 hotrod/ratrod. the key to the ignition doesn't match the doors. can't lock it with the windows up. after calling two other local locksmiths who hadn't the parts, i rang mike at open sesame. you know what he said? "go to amazon and get a generic setup. all you need to do is take off the inside door trim and be able to handle a screwdriver." i work on typewriters. i know screwdrivers. he said this with kindness, not because he didn't want the job. we had a laugh at my purchase of a ratrod with mismatched keys and i cursed, apologized, and he said, "you think i don't hear that all day?" we laughed again. dude saved me with "i don't wanna charge you a few hundred 'cause i gotta order special parts for something you can do yourself." therefore, i'd like everyone to know, OPEN SESAME IS HONEST. and that's a hard thing to find lately. that's why the capital letters. thank you, open sesame! you surely opened my mind while minding my wallet. may you all be greatly blessed for your kindess and care. We were locked out of our RV at 8pm. Called and they had someone out within 45 minutes. Took him all of 5 minutes. The gentleman was very courteous and professional. Don't know what we would have done without his help!
