Garrett was invaluable to our home purchasing experience. He was always willing to answer questions, quickly provide needed documents, and to collaborate with our realtor during the search process. But even more importantly he was incredibly prompt, communicative, and enjoyable to work with during the loan securement process. Our family was desperate to move quickly and Garrett worked so quickly and efficiently that we were ready to close before even the sellers were. Garrett is one of the most professional loan officers I have ever worked with. He has excellent communication skills, is very pleasant to work with and returns phone calls, texts and emails very quickly. Garrett goes above and beyond with weekly updates to the Realtor (ME!), my buyers, the listing agent and the attorney's. I will definitely recommend Garrett in the future.

We worked with Garrett when purchasing our home. He was recommended by our original agent along with another broker but after speaking to the both of them Garrett was so helpful from the outset. He gave information and answered all our questions. We were initially planning on Providence, but ended up in Boston. It was nice really nice to have someone who could help us in either city/state. Garrett was out of the office as we were finishing up closing, but he made sure that we were well taken care of and even while out he would touch base with us just to make sure we were feeling good about how everything was going.
