Highly disappointed in Laziza Pizza. Food is okay; it's good in a pinch. Second week in a row that something was forgotten. Called back today and was told that the missing item would be there in three minutes. After 20 minutes I called back and couldn't get a straight answer from person on the phone. Asked to speak to a manager and was told there wasn't one. I explained AGAIN that we were missing food and was told it would be delivered in 45 minutes. I asked for a refund and was hung up on.

Very disappointed, I ordered food a few times before and was very pleased. Tonight I ordered seafood for myself, chicken for my wife and a sandwich for my uncle. It seemed my seafood was under cooked and my wife said her chicken tasted odd. I called so they could look at the food and they refused. I was put on hold and a "manager" got on the phone and was very rude. He offered half off my next order. I doubt there will be a next time but definitely a call to the health dept.
