123 Appliance Repair

123 appliance was great, James was able to diagnose and ensure all parts were ready easily. His experience really showed with how quickly he was able to identify and then fix the problem. Service experience was great throughout the process. Wasnt the cheapest of fixes but i know it was done right. Will be calling them again when needed!

Showed up on time, inside the window they shared with us, had the parts on hand and were super friendly! Thanks James!! So glad our dryer is all fixed! How does he know how to do all of this?! Such great, swift work. Back to the laundry :)

We used the company to come and look at our dishwasher. Alexander came the next day after booking and charged 50 dollars is fine as coming to look. He said he would get back to us about the part that needed fixing. We waited over a week for a call back and heard nothing. When we finally called he refused to actually answer the phone and only texted saying he would get back to us. He never did. This is the worst company to have come and look or fix appliances. It’s a HUGE waste of money as they are very unprofessional. I did report this company to the bbb. Service: Dishwasher repair

Filled out the form online. Within an hour I received a call setting up an appointment for later in the day. The gentleman that came was polite, clean, professional. He quickly diagnose the issue and researched the part needed. Even though he ordered a part in it possibly would be a couple of days later, he still called other employees to see if someone had this part and ended up fixing the same day. When he returned to fix my washer he was here literally 10 minutes. He was super polite and explained everything that was going on, including costs and timing. Highly recommend.
