JPS POOL SERVICE

This year was our first with a backyard pool and on a recommendation we selected JPS to open and close our pool along with a couple of visits to address issues we couldn't fix ourselves. Josh and his other technicians were simply outstanding in both responsiveness and results. Everything was explained clearly and we are happy to be their customer gong forward.

My wife and I signed a contract buy a house in Connecticut. The empty pool needed to be inspected. Although the standard practice is to fill the pool before it can be inspected Josh agreed to inspect the empty pool, saving us hundreds of dollars. Everything was done on a tight schedule and both Josh and Amanda went out of their way to help us, total strangers, meet our inspection deadline. Service and performance were excellent. We recommend them without hesitation.

Such a great experience JPS pool service, awesome customer service, very accommodating as far as scheduling, which I really appreciated, I felt super comfortable asking all my questions and getting honest straight forward answers, I’m so glad I went with this company and intend to continue using them! This company literally went out of their way for me several times and I can not be more thankful! Definitely recommend ! Thank you guys!

We had ongoing issues with getting responsive work from JPS Pool Service. The weekly service was adequate but if anything needed repair there were always multiple calls to get a response, we would expect them on dates and they wouldn't show up, and every little thing was an additional cost. This year, we paid them to open the pool and they basically took the cover off, dumped some chemicals in it and left it to us to scoop out. That was the end of the relationship for us. When I shopped around all the other service providers were cheaper. The new service I went with is 15% less, they have a list of things that need to be repaired that they are taking care of as part of their weekly work (no additional fees) and as part of their opening fee (which was less than we had already paid JPS) they came everyday until the pool was clean, clear and balanced. Looking back we should have left long ago. I don't usually write reviews but please think twice before using JPS. Save yourself the stress and money.

I googled up pool cleaning services also and they do not service the Hurst Tx area but if they ever do I would certainly give them a call.
