I only called for a second opinion. I knew I needed a new system but wasn't sure what the cost should be. The website offered a free second opinion. He was willing to come out on the same day and was flexible when I needed to arrange for another day. He seemed to be honest and best part - was $500 cheaper than the other guy.
Not only did they get the work done ahead of schedule but they vacuumed the area where they had been working! My husband had to go back to work while the guys were working on the unit. Instead of making him leave work to go back to the house to sign the papers, they went to him at his job!
Hopefully, I will have no more need for a new unit for a very long time. But if I do, I will only go to Air Restoration!
