So happy with my apartment here! The interior is modern and looks great and clean. My favorite part is that every room has their own bathroom and huge closet! Def recommend!

This place was built way too quickly and the heating and cooling does not work properly where the third floor gets way too hot or cold and the second floor gets nothing. The bathrooms especially get way too hot when the heat is on. We have also had several instances with mice running around the apartment and management will not take any responsibility or help us get exterminators telling us we will need to pay out of pocket for one. There have been several instances with ants covering the countertops, walls, floors, or even the inside of my car because it was a new build on a previously empty lot. The gates are rarely closed and the pool is often closed. Printers have been broken for months with no resolution or estimate of when it will be resolved. Great location though!

Found staff and ownership to lack integrity and transparency. Turned me over to collections after we met with staff at the apartment after one of my sons roommates cut the lock to his door and let one of his friends stay in his room. Called the police, filed a police report, and had a mutual agreement with the staff we were not responsible for any damages to the room or the common area. Still charged us for the damages. My other son filled out an application on line not sure where he was going to school and decided he wasnt going to USC. He notified Row that he would not be coming several months before the start of school and they told him he would be responsible for the year rent unless he found someone to take his place. Very unprofessional and lacks integrity. I wouldnt recommend this place and chose your roommates carefully.
