      image 2nd time in 2 months this location has failed me. 1st time. Cost me $60 for a brand new ruined screen protector. This time it was just wasting 3 hours of my time with a phone pick up that was not properly set up.

      image i was very satisfied with the store rep that helped with my transaction she was very polite and explained everything that i had questions about.
      However there was a store rep that seemed like she had a problem with me. she does not know me and i do not know her. i was extremely uncomfortable as a customer. i have past experiences where she doesn't seem like she wants to be there and very unfriendly nature. i believe her name is Q Jackson. she then began to talk amongst her coworkers. if i had not got another phone with AT&T i would have discontinued service.
