For the most part, I had a really good experience in here, the problems with the phones themselves are not the store employee's fault. There are things with the phones themselves that need to be addressed by the company that's physically making the phones.

Store is very well kept. The customer service is not great at all! The two employees that was delt with were rude and seemed to have no customer care experience. We made two separate purchases. Got a receipt for the first one and asked for the second one and the employee just said no to us and didn't even know why. He gathered up the materials that were left over and going to throw them away. I had to stop him before hand and I'm glad that I did. Because once I was going through the stuff he was going to do whatever with, I found screen cleaning rags, warranties and other materials that should not have been thrown away. There definitely will be along time before returning to this store.
