Came in last minute.....very last minute, like day of last and i was provided with great service and a beautiful flowers for a great price.

I live in NJ and wanted to send sympathy flowers to my family in Columbia. I called and spoke to Alex, who answered on the 1st ring. She was polite, pleasant and helpful. She placed my order quickly and efficiently. I will absolutely be a repeat customer. Thank you Flower Boutique!!

This place has horrible customer service. Do not rely on them if you want any sort of arrangements made, especially if it is for your significant other or special event. I told them not to deliver the flowers I ordered until I gave them my confirmation. It was a simple yes or no from me upon texting me a picture of the flowers. They delivered the flowers without my confirmation. The flowers arranged were wrapped in green paper and a pink ribbon, which looked ridiculous with the flowers. When I asked for the flowers delivered the next day they were going to charge me another delivery fee when they failed to follow instructions in the first place. In the end they extorted me to cancel the order and they did not credit me the full amount. I recommend giving your business to another florist who is more reasonable.
