        The orchard is at a very convenient location for students commuting to campus and also an overall great place to live. I appreciate the efforts that Meggan and Clay go through to keep the property clean and safe.

        The Orchard has been my favorite place to live as a senior here at USC. The management is more organized than any other apartment development I have lived in and the apartments/amenities are CLEAN and nicely laid out! Also any maintenance problem that may occur Clay is here to fix in no time!

        I have had a great experience living here. Megan and Clay are always great to work with and are always on top of things. The houses are big and have everything we could need. I would 100% live here again.

      Luxury student housing property serving the University of South Carolina students and the Columbia area. The community offers 3 bedroom and 4 bedroom cottage style homes. Each bedroom has an en suite with a half bathroom on the first floor for guests. The homes have granite and quartz counter tops, polished concrete floors, and a 50 in TV mounted in the living room.
