I understand every instance is different, but my experience here was awful. It seemed the whole place was pretty badly mismanaged the day we were there, and for a Sunday lunch, which in this area is a gold mine for attracting after church diners, I was surprised how empty it was. The Chicken Marsala, something I try every time a restaurant has it, tasted about as bland as any chicken dish I've ever had. Overall a very unfortunate and disappointing experience.

Chose this place for my daughter's birthday. We arrived at 8pm on sat 3/5/2016.. We left at 945pm and the manager was stating "10 more minutes" before your parties food will be ready. Worst experience ever; no fault of the waiter but a clear lack of leadership presence. Did I mention we called ahead and they stated 15 minute wait.. we get there and it's 20 minute to prepare your table! "We weren't sure if you guys were really coming!" I would give no stars but there making me give them 1.

Worst experience EVER!! After waiting over an hour for our food to arrive I decided to ask to speak with the manager to vent my frustrations. In my opinion, he seemed genuinely disinterested in my concerns and we left without receiving our dinner. I will be escalating to the general manager. Sure wish I would have checked the other reviews prior to visiting this horrible establishment, I'm really not sure how they are still in business. Too bad you can't give negative stars, they owe me for time wasted.
