We bought a new set of bathroom faucets and decided the job was a little too big (and too tight of a space to work in) to install ourselves. Based on on Google reviews, we decided to give AAA City Plumbing a try. For a non-emergency call, we expected this job would be scheduled out several days. AAA City Plumbing really surprised us by providing same day service. Stephan was professional and installed the faucets cleanly and quickly. I am very pleased with choosing AAA City Plumbing as the company to address my plumbing concerns. They sent out a gentleman by the name of Toshi and he offered nothing short of superior customer service. We needed a toilet fixed and we needed some work done on the hot water heater. He fixed the toilet. He enlightened me that he could not repair the hot water heater due to electrical issues, but he did inform me that once I get the electrical work done, I could then reach back out to get it repaired. I just recently moved to the area from Charlotte. I was not familiar w/Septic systems, however I found the home I purchased had this type of system. I was having issues w/it backing up & called several places in the Columbia area. When I wmI was told it would be a day or so before someone could get here. I reached out to my sister in Lexington. She immediately text me the website to AAA City Plumbing. I called, I got a very friendly operator who got a service tech out to my home in less than 1 hrs. His name was Toshi. He was very considerate, professional & knowledgeable about what he told me the issue was. He recommended several options for me & got the job done in record time. Because of Toshi I now know what to expect w/a Septic system also what I should do for the future of saving myself time, money, and the aggravation of not having to deal w/future issues that may come up w/having a Septic system for my home. Toshi was a lifesaver today for me as he got the job completed & made sure I understood the services appropriate for my home. I would highly recommend this company and I would ask for their employee by the name of Toshi. He definitely makes AAA City Plumbing a top notch company in my book!
