        Kevin Tidwell came to our house to identify and fix a leak in our house. He could not identify the leak (he didn't even check the inside of the house) and started digging our yard at random places. Before he did more damage, we googled it ourselves and isolated the leak to a couple of running toilets. Kevin told us that the toilets themselves will have to be replaced. He tried to extort close to $2000 for replacing the toilets. We knew he didn't know what he was doing and was just trying to extort money. We paid him his $79 basically for doing nothing and send him his way. We replaced the toilet flappers for under 10 bucks and the leak stopped. Beware of this business.
