My realtor called her about a property I'm interested in purchasing and she told my realtor it was under contract. Three weeks later, I still see the property listed, not pending or anything else, and so my realtor called back and I also called with no answer and her mailbox is full. Looks like her seller is going to miss out on the opportunity to sell her/his home just because of the lack of communication and availability.

I contacted Shannon green with a inquire for credit services . She responded once ! I replied back and never heard from her again . Last year I was in the process of buying a house but decided to fix up my credit alittle more to get a way better deal . Everyone says she's a good REALTOR & knows her stuff but I can't even get her to respond or atleast leave contact information to call her . I contacted her through Facebook, where she has a profession fb page .... I won't be using her to buy my house or credit services.... do not recommend .
