        Found Aerus listed as an Electrolux repair center. Called to order a part to fix my mom's vacuum. Had already looked up the Manufacturers Part Number online but wanted to do business locally if possible. Person on the phone said they "could look it up" even though I already had the MPN but he never offered to, wanted me to come in instead, which I didn't have time for. I found the part online in less time than I was on the phone with Aerus and the part was here in 2-days with much less hassle.
