AquaOx Water Filters

I have ordered whole house water filtration system and RO system. I was unaware that their system cannot soften water. I have returned their system as it was shipped. I have returned unused system. But still i had to pay for return shipping and on top of this, they have charged original shipping cost and 3% credit card fee. They just squeezed 30% of purchase amount out of me. I have never heard of a company charge for original shipping cost and credit card fee for a product return. This shows total insecurity on their product quality. As a consumer we buy a product with peace of mind seeing good return policy. But do not trust AquaOx return policy. They will make it very hard for you to return and will make sure to pay minimum possible amount after return.

I have been using the AquaOx for about two months and I am very pleased with the product and the assurance that all the water that my kids and I bathe with and consume is filtered using a multi-stage system. The unit is replacing another brand which I had bought seven years ago for three times the price, and after using the AquaOx I am convinced you have a superior filter because the water now tastes better and makes ice cubes that arent cloudy; also I conducted a little experiment where I cleaned the mineral build-up off the head of one of the two showers in my house and let them both go without cleaning for over a month. The clean head stayed clean and the dirty head got no dirtier, which is impressive and something Ive never seen before with this water. I live in Lake Havasu City and our water has a high amount of minerals and toxins in it, coming straight from the Colorado River we get our water from the same source as over 100,000,000 people living in the US Southwest. Due to the bad water in the area, water softeners are very popular, I use the unit instead of a water softener and even got my landlord to pay for half the unit when I told her about the health benefits, the savings on salt and how it could extend the life of her plumbing. I have been doing construction and water damage repair in this area for awhile and have found one of the biggest issues is failing parts and fixtures where mineral build-up either clogs a valve of forces its way through a joint and inevitably causes leaks, which can quickly become a problem if the homeowner is out of town or doesnt live at the residence (super common in this area because it is a vacation destination). I think the little mineral experiment is a good sign that the AquaOx can reduce or even eliminate any new mineral build-up from forming in my house and while I love the health benefits I also appreciate saving time cleaning and hassle replacing fouled pipes and fixtures. I have a background in studying clean water, I studied Biology with an emphasis in Environmental Science at ASU and came up with and patented anti-microbial micro surface technology, which got me a slot in 2017 as one of 50 inventors and entrepreneurs to represent the US in China. I do know quite a bit about water and filtration technology and I think you have a great product.

Please never ever go for these filters. I had very bad experience with them.
