        Big Rob great care of me from the moment the I walked in the door. He sat and worked tirelessly until I was able able to transfer all of my information from my old phone to my new phone. Rob is definitely skilled in custome service and works solely to make sure the customer is satisfied. He tried several methods and wouldn't settled until he was able to resolve the problem. He was able to identify the problem and tried several methods until it was resolved. I definitely will be back just because of his great customer service.
