Very poor service. The employees we're too busy watching videos on their cell phones to provide decent service. Next time we're shopping at Tanger, we'll head across the street to the new Steak-n-Shake.

Definitely do not recommend eating here at this location. My order (salad with chicken) took almost 30 mins--not including waiting for someone to take my order. They were not busy but it seemed like the other people there were waiting a while for their food as well.

A co-worker and I stopped by this location at approx. 12:15pm. We were on lunch and thought we could pick up something quick to bring back to work and eat. As we came up to the counter, it took the lady behind the counter a full 5 minutes at least to come take our order. After she did that, we realized she was working completely by herself!! She was very rude to me when my total was 10.01 and handed her a $20.00 bill and she said "I said $10.01, where's the penny" I undserstand she may have been working by herself and was irritated, but that was neither mine or my co-workers fault, and we felt like we were a bother.
We then waited at least 20 minutes for our food, and when I sat waiting for my drink, she said "what?" and I asked for my drink.
Between the three people we ordered for, not one single order was correct. Two of us got BBQ Chicken Bacon Melts. There was no bacon, or the onion rings that are described on the menu. Another got a tuna salad sandwich, that when she opened, was a hot Tuna sandwich?!?! After spending $25.00 dollars and the food being completely horrible, I can tell you none of us, nor any of our friends, will ever be eating here again.
They should teach their employees better customer service, and how to correctly staff an establishment during lunchtime at a busy shopping mall.

I have been to this Johnny Rockets twice. The first time because I was unaware of how terrible it was, the second time, I was desperate to eat before my shift. The staff is generally do not care about their customer service, or the food they serve. My favorite part about visiting this Johnny Rockets, was leaving.
