My parents just bought a car and a week later needed a transmission. Kevin Jr. Was very kind and helpful. Made sure we're taking care of. Cool, down to earth people.

They replaced our trany with a new one ,3 years unlimited miles one. After 1,5 years the trany broke. They did not gave us any refund or an other trany . I will take them to small claim court .

Had my transmission rebuilt in December by this place. My car was jolting when it came to a complete stop RPMs were reflecting 20 miles per hour at a complete stop. It was also having some whining issues and a vibration coming from my passenger tire. Kevin and the rest of the staff took a little longer than normal but were very kind and supportive of my situation it being around Christmas time and even cover the cost of my rental car during the time being since it took a little longer than expected. I was given an 18-month warranty for the work that they did. Two months later my transmission starts acting up in the same exact manner that it was before. I dropped it back off to them and they replaced a speed sensor on it and called me back to explain that it was an alternator issue which didn't seem to make any sense to me. I took it to a Chrysler dealership to get a second opinion and they confirmed that it was I speed sensor and that my sway bar is needed to be replaced which is why the humming never went away in my car. Brought it back again to Kevin and they said they replaced it again. But called yet again to say that my alternator was putting out too much voltage which is probably why it's sending mixed signals to the brain of my car. I explained to them well if this was is the issue now that it must have been the issue beforehand as well. I paid for my ball bearings get replaced in my tire, and they screwed that up because it wasn't the ball bearings it was sway bar links. They also snapped a bolt on my rim where my lug nuts go and is now too short to put another nut on. We are trying to charge me another $500 to replace the alternator. I already paid $1,800 to them to fix the issue and I explained to them that it is absolutely ridiculous that I paid for my transmission to get fixed 2 months before and obviously the issue wasn't fixed so why should I have to fork out another $500 for an issue that wasn't even fixed in the first place as well as more issues not being fixed and damaged done to my car concerning the sway bar links and the fact that my bolt is now snapped on my tire and that would have to get replaced as well. The new receptionist who was not there in December just keep saying that she will pass on my message to Kevin and let me know what their decision will be and that he will have him contact me. It has been over a month of them having my car the Chrysler dealership checking it out them having my car again and I have called almost every day, yet have still not gotten a response from Kevin himself or from the shop pertaining to what they are going to do about fixing my car. If my alternator is not replaced free of charge or money returned to me for what it's going to cost me to have the part replaced by another shop considering they never fixed the issue in the first place, I will sue them. I had my transmission rebuilt when it probably wasn't even the issue, had a bolt snapped on my tire, had the wrong parts replaced for the ball bearings instead of my sway bar, and part of me believes that they never even actually rebuilt the transmission considering they were completely okay with paying my rental fees and charging me way less than what it would normally cost to get a transmission completely rebuilt. Really wish I would have taken it to somewhere else more reliable. Do not take your vehicles here unless you want to get screwed over.
