        It's takes for every to check out it makes it miserable I'm standing in line right now this is poor service

        Customer service is poor at times. But there products are still great. I use the layaway for back to school shopping and electronics like tvs. Kinda sad to see Sears possibly closing.

        Very disappointed in customer service. I ordered online and UPS delivered it to a wrong address. When I reached out to find out what happened, I was not given the benefit of the doubt to say the least! I received a non-reply email saying that UPS confirmed that it was delivered. I had to reopen my case and again I received a similar email this time with a blatant LIE that it was delivered to ME, even stating my name as if I signed off on it!!! UPS was very apologetic when they finally delivered it. Sears had already refunded me at this point. I also found it interesting how quick they were to resolve getting paid for the package after all.
