THIS MESSAGE IS FOR EVERYONE WHO USES DISCOUNTS with Hilton Honors. If youre in any category other than just a regular stayer, or dont use any special rates youre fine. However, if you use a discount it exempts yourself from ever truly being recognized by the company at this particular location. They cant do nothing for you because youre already getting a good price but ? What if the person is still not satisfied? Basically, complain elsewhere or to yourself since youre way above their concern. During my stay the room itself completely was a mess, Firstly, the door itself did not lock you could have the padlock on and it still wouldnt lock, the shower head fell OFF when the water pressure hit the pipes, and I spent a good 25 minutes each time I needed to use the restroom filling the toilet with water with the in room cups provided! I shouldnt have had this happen during a vacation, I thought surely Ill be taken care of, they moved me the next day, yes, that should be a given - in my opinion then told me they cant do anything else for more solely due to the fact I was on a discounted rate and moving me was enough - either that or I couldve left in the middle of the night and found another hotel for a refund well, maybe, I dont want to pack my things and go when I know Im being taken care of or hopefully they cared enough about their guests? But they said no, no point, no refund, poor you having to do labor work maintenance shouldve done prior to even allow that room to be sold. Good ridens practically the Office Manager said as she listened and nod to my disenchanted voice.
The night time ladies excuse was that Tru Hotels are the worst of Hilton - I will keep that in mind as she uttered to me dont come again and not to tell anyone. Here I am.

We stay at a lot of Hiltons and we also are owners with Hilton Grand, and I have to say this stay with my boys was top tier. Service was great, rooms were clean, and the location was perfect for what my boys and I wanted to do. I appreciate all your hard work!
