We have now used this company in two new construction homes. The first home had major issues and the builder's HVAC company was trying to make us pay thousands of dollars for repairs. A neighbor recommended we have Stice come look. They did an inspection and provided information and documentation which forced builder's HVAC company to make system right, as it had not been correct since installation. During the fight to get situation corrected, they also spent a good deal of time with me on the phone, at no charge. In second home, Stice once again came to the rescue and found some issues of which we were not aware. They also found two fire hazard concerns. The builder is having original company of installation come to correct the issues. As long as we live in this area, we will use Stice! Next time, I will pay them to do a separate HVAC inspection, prior to purchase.They are knowledgeable, reasonably priced and polite. (FYI - They offer military and senior discounts.)
