Guild has been our mortgage company since we bought our home. They have given guidance since we were 1st timers and also when we refinanced they told us what to expect, kept us updated and have always been friendly. I just received a beautiful throw with our last name embroidered on it with a thank you from the team. I will definitely tell everyone I know about them if they plan on buying!

This company has repeatedly called my business line asking for Tom despite my telling them every time that there is no Tom here and to place me on the DO NOT CALL list per FCC guidelines. I received 10 phone calls in the last 20 minutes alone. Every time I request to be put on the Do Not Call list they hang up AND CALL RIGHT BACK. They are not only taking time out of my day, but are costing me phone time with my own paying clients. This is harassment, and if this is any indication of how they handle "customer service" I would suggest staying very far away from a company of this ilk.

I was assigned a agent and who just gave me a generic were “going to process” my application but then never called or got in contact with me. When I tried to follow up by calling someone else in the company two weeks later after me trying to contact my agent several times via email and phone. I was told I’d have to do the application process all over again without an explanation why. The whole experience was unsatisfactory and rather unprofessional.

Literally can't Thank Brandon and his team enough! As first time home buyers- they made what could have been an incredibly stressful process, into a journey we were happy to take. Every member of the team is always available to answer questions, address concerns, and give advice as to how you should best proceed- even assisting our realtor at times. It honestly and truly felt like we had a 'friend in the business' taking care of us. I would, without a doubt, choose Brandon and the Guild team 11 out of 10 times if given the choice. They communicated with us through every step of the process and helped keep us in the loop, even when we didn't need to be. Can't stress enough how much we loved and valued their team.

As a first time homebuyer the options for mortgage companies can be overwhelming. It was for me at least. I was recommended to Guild Mortgage by my realtor, and Brandon and his team were great. My process was actually pretty complicated thanks to some errors with the credit bureaus, and getting them to correct them during the COVID lockdown was difficult to say the least, albeit understandably. Brandon, Kelsey, and Jenny took it all in stride and poured a ton of work into the whole mess. A ton. There’s something to be said for a company that works as diligently as they did, and for the way that they kept in constant contact throughout the whole ordeal. And for vets wondering, they do better work than VU. Hands down. There’s plenty of options, but I made the right choice with Guild Mortgage.
