Ok so Im back! Sooo a couple months ago I left a review and I think I left like maybe 1 star because I felt like this firm was terribleeeeeeee. My accident was May of 2022 . In my original review my biggest complaint was the lack of communication between me and the lawyer. At the time I had spoken to A lawyer ONCE (wasnt the one handling my case) and didnt even have a way of contacting them.. I was contacted by someone asked to remove the post because it was a conflict being that they were still representing me. Of course I complied.. fast forward to now my case is finally closed and I want to leave a review on the experience in full. I will say this Im going to give it 2 stars instead of one just because the people (lawyer and Miss Patricia, The receptionist in Ladson) .. the lawyer did explain to me that in these cases it is common to not hear from the lawyer until they have made some progress however I feel like I wasnt updated enough I literally had no idea what was going on so I didnt even know they werent making progress. I feel as though even if the process was moving slow or whatever I shouldve been getting updates even if it was once every couple months (my first time speaking to MY lawyer was 1 year AFTER my case opened and AFTER I left a bad review). I also will give him credit due to the fact that he had issues with the other insurance company AND he did get me something because intentionally I was told after lawyer fees and doctor fees I would walk away with nothing so I do appreciate that. However as a company I just dont think they have it all together. Although the lawyer was nice, in 2 years I spoke with him 3 time. It was absolutely impossible for me to get in contact with someone and all around a very frustrating experience . Miss Patricia was a very nice lady and we had a great conversation when I finally did go into the office. Other than that I probably wouldnt recommend them to anyone else and I definitely wont be using them again. This is just my experience I tried my best to list the pros and cons so everyone is free to make their own judgement. If I was rating people/personality Id give them a 4.2 average but thats about it.

Mrs.Natile was a great help if its anyone in that company along with my lawyer who pushed the issue YALL please ask for her she is AWESOME

This company is a joke run far away they will give you the run around with your money take weeks to issue your check once the insurance company has given them the check hardly return phone calls and never respond to emails. it's a shame I will never deal with them again

I wanna thank Janet for checking on me to make sure I was ok and any time I had a question or a follow up she would always call me back fast to answer my questions or concerns

This law firm not only helped me once but twice. I may have given them a hard time but they came through and they actually care about their clients. I would definitely recommend anastopoulo law firm anyday for anybody. Thank you again for serving me and my family. I will always use this law firm.
