The UPS Store - Closed

Ghetto customer service. Employee Alley Hinnant was very belligerant as if intoxicated. Care free, nonchalant and using profanity as I asked for service. Fellow employee Kim stood idly by treating another customer in a similar way. Stand in manager Dio Landa "it's a franchise store and they can act how they want". I see why the location is closing down soon. If anyone else has problems let corporate know.

Very rude and unprofessional young lady working as their notary. She was shaking her head and complaining about the amount of papers that needed to be notorized. She had an attitude from the moment we walked in the door. I will never visit this store again. The older lady working alongside her was very kind and helpful and was willing to do anything we needed. It's a shame that people can be so rude and unkind.

Brooks was awesome! My label printed at home was faded and wouldnt scan. He walked me through going back into Amazon, screens hitting the shipping label and emailing it back to the store so he could print a valid label. Saved me at least a whole day.

Refused service for mailing firearm parts, the lady told me they don’t ship firearms or ammunition. I told her its was parts and she rudely told me it doesn’t matter and she doesn’t care. Go elsewhere..

This woman was unprofessional and lacked customer service. She was so concerned about "not staying pass" store closing that she added "do you want to ship" to my every inquiry about shipping my mom's birthday card. She had zero patience. I definitely understand when ppl come in last minute and was unaware of their closing time, but felt extremely uncomfortable dealing with her. She also said I needed to show ID to send a package(???). Then when I went to get mine (pretending it was in my vehicle bc at this point she didn't want my business, she needed to be somewhere, and I was simply going to leave) she called me back and said " just tell me " after I had already said my OLD address is on my ID so I will just dictate my info. to her. Franchise owner, I did not argue or show any of this discomfort hoping that you would coach her on customer service. I asked when was your final pick up and she gave that time then said "we actually close in -- minutes" as I stood behind the person she was helping before me. Not like I came in for a huge print job, why act in this manner? Rushing me through everything.
