This review was suggested , so no its not coming out of nowhere. I thought I might as well. Didn't really have the best experience with them when I went in April after my car was totaled. I went here they wanted me to bring in bank statements which I had no problem doing. I guess I was making too much money for a 21 year old. I ended up buying a car off from vroom. My mom had a car from them a year ago. She wasn't informed that she had a deferred down payment, and her bank account was on automatic draft and they had been taking the regular car payments out of her bank.  she had a hiccup with that she just ended up going else where and purchasing a car she had the car for about a month luckily the situation did not affect her credit.I think this location is closed now , I frequently drive on rivers and I would always notice cars still sitting there for months. I think the reason why this location wasn't doing so well is the application requirements it advertised helping others, but getting a car from a regular dealership (vroom) was easier with financing from a bank. I think maybe the underwriter here was asking for too much. Never had to have all of those documents, vroom asked me for paystub they called to verify employment, proof of residence, and license. They asked me to get a cosigner which was not a problem, but my credit was a 600 at the time so not sure why never had any late payments on my credit.  Also I noticed a few staff members changed from when my mom was there. My mom was able to chose any car, I really liked the 2018 Hyundai Elantra down payment wasn't an issue, but in April what I experienced was they wouldn't let you chose what car you liked even though I make over 50000 a year. I was not surprised when it closed down. The process here was harder to get a car than when I went to stokes kia to get my first car.

Gave me a car (2017)with transmission problems and lied saying the car just sounds like that approach this place with caution. They do not check the vehicles before selling them. The warranty is trash after 3 weeks of having this vehicle the transmission blew. Just going to work and home, I went over mileage for them to fix it. They lease the vehicle and priced a Nissan Sentra at 30k and put it on your credit.

What can I say about this team but one word. Awesome. They got me in my car today. It's been two years since I have been able to get a car and it took only $800 down to drive off the lot. Everyone please check them out. I promise you won't regret it. Thanks guys.
