I called because I had an IUD placed at Sanford Aberdeen, since than Ive been having just problems left and right that I never had before, I went back and was told everythings normal and Im constipated and my symptoms were ignored due to the fact that I have severe anxiety and all of the woman and scheduling people were just super rude to me. I called Avera obgyn with my concerns, they had nothing available this day and they spoke to a nurse about my concerns, after that I was able to see someone within the next 30 min and my IUD was removed for me, at this moment I felt instant relief to the point that I cried. Thank you Avera. I will be coming here from now on.

I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Stehly and her crew. I had to deal with a "high risk" pregnancy and doctor Stehly was very supported for me and my baby since day one. In my opinion, Dr. Stehly has the knowledge, experience and passion to do what she does. I couldn't be happier with the care that I received from Dr. Stehly. THANK YOU.

I had the most amazing care here when I was pregnant with my son. All of my questions were answered very thoughtfully and kindly. Dr watson, Dr Carlson all of the nurses especially the travel nurse Brianna are the most amazing staff. I always felt heard and cared for.

I have no words to describe how I feel. I just can't believe that a person who's obligation is to take care of another human being can do the things that were done to me. Back in June 3, 2020 I had a miscarriage. I had called my doctor's office because I was worry, I had severe lower abdominal pain. The pain was so bad that I couldn't get up to take a step. I was also bleeding and had really bad back pain. I visited with nurse Monica on the phone. I explained to her all my symptoms. She told me not to worry because that was normal. It was just the uterus growing SHE SAID. Hours of pain, suffering and agony went by. I took the pain until I couldn't take it anymore. That pain continued to get stronger. This was my first pregnancy I didn't know what was normal and what was not normal. Nurse Monica told me that this pain was normal so I listened to her, BIG MISTAKE.... At this end the pain was not normal. It was a sign of having a miscarriage. The part where I was amazed by the actions of nurse Monica (Dr. Born's nurse) was after I had the miscarriage. I found out that Monica knew that I was a high risk for a miscarriage. She knew that, I didn't know because that information was not share with me. Nurse Monica knew that eventually I was going to miscarry. I called her and told her my symptoms she didn't even for a second STOP to assume that I was having a miscarriage. Not even because she knew that it could happen to me anytime. And I just can't believe that my rights were talking away from me. They took my right to know what what's going on with my health. And also neglected me and my baby by ignoring my symptoms, pain and suffering by not doing her job. Doctor Born told me that she was not aware of my symptoms otherwise she would it have me came in to check me. I don't blame Dr. Born, she's a good doctor. It is not doctor Born's fault that her nurse Monica is incompetent and that she lies on the report. She lied when she wrote false information on my medical chart. Nurse Monica never mentioned on her notes that called complaining of severe lower abdominal pain. This nurse a not capable of performing her job. She didn't care about me or my baby. Only God knows how much I had to suffer and everything that I went through alone on my apartment.... If they only had me come in to check me I wouldn't have to feel all this memories from that day. They are following me inside my head and hunting me down. Now is like I live inside a horror movie and I can't scape.
