These people are so dumb. They think that I sent a noterized letter via regular mail. Then they say that they never got the letter cause they owe me over 15,000.00. Then they were suppose to send me an email to resend the info and they didn't. FYI GOVERNMENT has been contacted. I HAVE ALL DOCUMENTS PROVING THAT YOU RECIEVED THE CERTIFIED NOTERIZED LETTER ALSO THE 500. CHECK YOU MADE OUT TO YOUR SELVES FROM ME WHILE I DID NOT HAVE ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT. I HAVE BEEN WAITING SINCE JULY. WHAT MORE IS THIS GOING TO TAKE FOR ME TO GET WHAT IS MINE? I think someone needs to contact me cause the only girl that answers my call refuses to transfer me to the Fraud Department. Yet the Fraud Department does not like to give out their number nor Actually verify that their emails are actually sent or provide follow up calls to their Customers. It's Sad that it's going to have to take me filing charges on the persons who ever answered my calls. But hey instead of just taking the money that is being set for deposit how return to the SENDER that is trying to be deposited. Isn't it a FEDERAL LAW TO NOT OPEN OTHER PEOPLES MAIL???

I don't particularly care too much for Customer Service support team. I absolutely adore the Branch employees, Charlie, Crystal, Nelson and Blake. Awesome team and are always available when I have a situation. They are the reason why I haven't left TCF.
