Citibank

After being a loyal client for CITI for 25 years. Never a late payment. Just because I forgot the last payment, Instead of a friendly reminder, I got a nasty OFFSHORE collection call at 8 AM announcing that I had being suspended, and a lot of penalties and fees are being impose. Very rude, aggressive and hard to understand. It seems CITI needs money badly !!

This place is the headquarters of "Citi", their Customer Service. We are Citi card holders with the Citi / AAdvantage Platinum Select World Elite Mastercard. They promote their Citi Flex Loan as a better alternative to bank loans because you get the money in your account in one business day. It looks fantastic until you get the "loan" and discover that your credit score went down by 100 points. What is the trick? It is not a real loan, reported as a loan to the credit agencies, it is a credit card debt that you pay with fixed installments. If anyone is interested in a loan, please look for a real loan that will improve your credit score, not this scam where you will become a pariah for the financial market.

Im shocked that CitiBank would let Cenlar service their customers mortgage loans! Had to file a complaint on both companies unfortunately due to the slow transfer and on-boarding of my loan while I am calling multiple times a day to obtain a payoff statement. Finally got one and paid it off today, but not before they stalled long enough to gain $500 in interest payments. Not only that but the closing documents and actual interest is off so getting cheated out of a few more dollars, oh well all the better to take to the media. Pretty sure we live in the digital age where everything is instant, but not in this case.

This bank took money from my bank account in California. never been in SD and no one answers the Sioux Falls branch phone so I can't ask them where this charge came from no stars

Customer service is no help at all. They cut me off 4 times while trying to make a dispute. Funny, they moment i say i want to mame a dispute, the phone cuts off. Not a place I would do business with. If I could rate less than 1, I would.
