Katie Saugstad is a great realtor! We were moving from out of state using a VA loan and needed to get a house asap to register our kids for school. She put us in touch with a great lender so we could get preapproved which went smooth and easy as well. She showed us a house virtually, explained and crafted a great offer for us and it was quickly accepted. She kept us in the loop throughout the process and we closed in 30 days. I definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor and would use her again!

Hands down this is the best group to work with in the Sioux Falls area! Shad made the entire house hunting/buying process go smoothly and really painless, if one can say that when buying a house. Shad went above and beyond when it came to helping us pick fixtures as we were in another state. Shad is truly the best out there, he listens to what youre saying and is patient as you figure out exactly what youre looking for.
