I asked to have flowers delivered to my hotel room as close to 10am as possible. 9:59:45 works for me. Awesome job, and she loved the flowers!

We ordered white and red roses. We got 5 roses and some carnations and daisies with some greenery. This was $118.00 plus $15.00 delivery fee (not far from the shop). I just feel like they should have told us if we werent getting what we ordered, especially since it was already paid for.

Never Never Never trust a date on them. I placed and paid my $115 order one week before the delivery date (Valentine's Day). My girlfriend didn't receive anything. I called at 4 pm during the day and they confirmed the bouquet was out for delivery but we got no flowers nor any calls. The next day I called them and nicely asked for my refund but the guy on the phone just told me that he couldn't reach the driver assigned to my order(mysteriously) and he needed to confirm what happened first. I called 2 hours later and he refused to give me my refund until he got more info. Even after failing in their only task, at this point, they are literally stealing my money.

I ordered a suprise birthday day bouquet for delivery. Great sale price, beautiful flowers. And it came not even an hour after I ordered!! Definitely satisfied and happy with everything

Called at the last minute on a Friday for order for my brother-in-law who was in the hospital and it was his birthday. So impressed you got the balloon bouquet to him today. I am forever grateful and so impressed. Thank you so much!
